BlueJeans Meetings was used at the request of one of our prominent clients in which we had to secure a software license to use the product. In my opinion, BlueJeans Meetings offers nothing other bigger providers like Zoom, Teams, or Meet provide and seemingly provides no real upside.

Bluejeans meetings is one of the easiest and most secure application for online meetings. It allows me and my colleagues to easily engage and interact from anywhere anytime. It has a very nice and clear video and audio quality thus making it the best solution for business communications. It is very easy to install and use.

We have been using Bluejeans Meetings for the past 6+ years and it has always been of great help to our organization. I personally use it for my daily meetings and what i like best about it is the video and audio quality which is very nice and clear. I like the ability to share screen, record ongoing sessions and send instant messages with Bluejeans Meetings.

BlueJeans is being used by our team to discuss our strategy and work progress. I personally use BlueJeans for my weekly team meetings. I mainly work from home and travel very frequently, when i am travelling the biggest issue is the internet. There are many occasions where i didn't have good internet connection by still i never faced connectivity problems, which is really a big thing for me. BlueJeans also offer many features which is really helpful during video conferencing, such screen sharing, screen recording, etc. One thing which is personally very like is their Smart meeting feature where it automatically captures the important points.

I find it really convenient when i need to record my meeting, because Bluejeans offer this option and it's really convenient. They also offer Smart Meeting features where it tells me important highlights of a meeting, which is another very convenient feature for me.

I use BlueJeans Meetings for our video conferencing need. I require to have meeting with clients and BlueJeans Meetings helps me there. The best part of BlueJeans Meetings is its ability to have smooth meetings even when internet is little slow or unstable. This is the main thing which makes the BlueJeans Meetings unique for me. Previously we have tried other Video conferencing platforms but they always disappoint me if internet speed is little slow, but with BlueJeans Meetings i don't need to worry much about it. One another area where BlueJeans Meetings is helping me is screen sharing. I can easily share my screen with others, or have access to other's screen.

And with BlueJeans Meetings i don't need to worry about it. If you can make their price little pocket friendly it will be great. Other than that i am very happy.

I am using it for any and all meetings. I use it as my default videoconferencing application when meeting and discussing projects with current and prospective customers. It helps with planning and screensharing. I find it to be a suitable replacement for both Zoom and Microsoft Teams. It is affordable and has many of the same features people come to expect from other videoconferencing applications; there isn't anything that BlueJeans Meetings is lacking and I feel it could be a viable competitor to those other products.

It is used as a better alternative to other conference tools. Also recommended to clients for their own meetings and calls. For some clients, the free version addresses the time limitation of that other popular meeting app.

I went over to BlueJeans Meetings in the year 2020. It was because of pandemic, we were scanning one comprehensive application for virtual meeting and online product demos. I should concede that this is a result of the pandemic that we embraced BlueJeans Meetings in accordance with the lockdown protocols. Throughout the long term, just about three years now, we appreciate holding virtual gatherings with BlueJeans Meetings across all department.

Hi, I have expereicned this application when our well known client sent invite to connect on Blue Jeans, it was really a good experience with it, voice quality was superb with no interruptions, I am from IT industry and know the communication quality in depth. I must recomment to use Bluejeans instead of using other known applications around the world.

At the present time, Bluejeans is used by every employee within my current business unit. It is our major software platform for audio/video meeting conversations. I primarily use Bluejeans on my desktop and on an handful of occasions I have had to join team meetings through the Bluejeans mobile application for Android.<br>In my own experience, I will say Bluejeans does a good job as far as providing me with a crystal clear video conference experience and distinctively audible audio experience as well.

  • Bluejeans for web browser pales in quality , as against my experiences using the same software on smartphone and desktop.
I have used Bluejeans for one on one video meetings with workmates, and I also use it regularly for team-wide and departmental-wide video meetings . In both the aforementioned scenarios, Bluejeans has always been a reliable platform to use. Another scenario were I regularly have used this platform is for screensharing purposes, which is a necessity during group ideation sessions. Bluejeans offers a unique screensharing experience ; meeting screen control can be granted to anyone in the meeting, and this makes it straight-forward for anyone present in the meeting to make changes to documents or presentations on display.

BlueJeans was used by the entire organization for day-to-day meetings as well as major company-wide meetings where a different product from BlueJeans was being used. The sales team and HR use it the most as they frequently need to get on a call with clients and candidates but since the pandemic engineering has been using it the most to conduct scrums, planning, whiteboarding, etc. It is an important tool for remote and hybrid work cultures as it provides an interface to connect and collaborate.

At one point, we had four video conferencing platforms available at LinkedIn (Teams, BlueJeans, Webex, Zoom), and BlueJeans was consistently the least reliable. The video and audio quality were subpar compared to the rest. We had this within our Sales department and it helped us meet with our customers virtually.

I used BlueJeans for all of the interview rounds with Facebook while I was in the running for a job in the US while I was working in the middle east. It was used by the recruiting team for all interviews. It enabled me to be able to interview and get to know the company and its people while I was on the other side of the globe.

My department used BlueJeans Meetings when exploring other options for virtual meetings. Ultimately, we chose another product, but I still wanted to share the pros and cons of BlueJeans for prospective users because I had not heard a lot about it before giving it a go. If you're looking for a basic platform for virtual meetings, this may be an excellent fit.

  • Easy to create meeting rooms and subsequently use them without difficulty

  • Not well known or widely used by others outside the organization
  • The user interface could be a bit more friendly
  • Sometimes the video and audio does not sync properly, particularly in larger meetings
I have found that BlueJeans Meetings works seamlessly for smaller meetings, say less than ten individuals. I work in a large organization with many larger meetings of 25+ individuals, and BlueJeans did not perform as well in the larger meetings. I think it's great for departmental or small internal meetings, though.

BlueJeans was a choice for quick meetings, regular 1 on 1 check-ins, online events, and virtual webinars. It is used for regular standups in our organization. Our scrum team uses it for sprint planning and meetings. Yes, it supports our business purpose by allowing us to interact lively.

This particular app is being used mostly by our asset management team and the facilities & sales/marketing team. It's not being used across the whole organization. We use this for team meetings & our legal team mostly uses this on the other side (Client-side) to work on the legal documents.

  • Gives you 3 options - low, medium & high. There is an option if you are commuting while attending the Bluejeans app.
  • Overall Video & Audio quality, compared to other apps.
  • Placement of all options like Chatbox, screen sharing, Mute/unmute etc.
  • Changing of background - I do not think this is an option in BlueJeans if I am not wrong.
  • Sharing options - It can be made more simple by giving options - Either share the screen or share the entire window.
  • Sometimes i have noticed that some people on other side don't get the video on time.
It's well-suited for having team meetings or when you have to discuss any legal drafts or any documentation. It also works well when you have to take some session-like surveys/polls and showcase some presentations to clients and colleagues.

At Georgia Tech, we used BlueJeans as our primary E-learning platform. It was used across the university in order to deliver online lectures and record in-class lectures to be later given to students. It is primarily used by the undergraduate population, especially during the pandemic, in order to attend lectures without having to be in person. All lectures were set up by either TAs or professors at the university.

Bluejeans is a popular video conferencing platform that is used organization-wide for meetings and collaboration between different teams, from various functions like sales, IT, finance & HR as well as within people from these functions located across a number of geographical locations. Day to day calls between teams allows everyone to stay up to date with operational matters and sessions on planning projects or strategic topics also enable to plan and align on a broad list of business goals.
  • It is really useful for the IT team to support employees with their problems by allowing them to get into a call, discuss & troubleshoot the issue and then [share] screens to easily understand and then resolve a problem.
  • When a large audience is having a call, for example, HR rolling out a new policy to a huge number of employees, the Q&A section gives the opportunity to everyone to ask their questions and get answers in a well-organized way.
  • Another useful feature is that you can record your sessions, for example, if you are conducting training of employees or users on a new application or process, the session can be recorded and later used by people who could not attend or as a refresher.
  • Bluejeans could definitely improve the latency and smoothness of call, especially when a number of people are joining it, however, I am sure this is a continuous improvement process and they are already working on it. This experience is the most important aspect of such platforms.
  • Integration of bluejeans into our work accounts or applications could be improved to have a more convenient UX for example if you have an MS 365 work account and Bluejeans for meetings.
  • Another interesting functionality that could be added is a guiding tutorial on how to use the blue jeans interface when someone starts using it on any device for the first time, [especially] for guest users on the web version.
Bluejeans has a very wide use case list but if you ask me, it is a great tool if you want to collaborate with users who are already well versed with its UI or have been using it for a while and when the total number of people in the session [is] about 50. It is costly though, so if you have a work account with which a collaboration tool comes for free and is almost as powerful as BJ, then you might want to think about your selection of platform.

We use BlueJeans on a daily basis across the company for scheduling, hosting and attending meetings. These meetings often include both internal and external attendees, and we will often use BlueJeans Primetime when hosting an event with a large number of attendees. The BlueJeans platform allows us to collaborate together in real time even though many of our team members are attending remotely from locations across the country. It facilitates easy communication, content sharing and collaboration.

I have found BlueJeans to be very user friendly and easy to navigate, especially after having used it only once or twice. I have used many other types of meeting/conferencing systems and I believe the BlueJeans is one of the best. I was greatly impressed with the ease with BlueJeans interfaced with the conference room systems in our office as sharing content was as simple and intuitive as plugging in.

We are using BlueJeans in place of our standard in-person video conferences. We are using BlueJeans for administrative meetings, board meetings, and in some cases classroom instruction. All groups across our organization at one point were using BlueJeans. BlueJeans has been our organization's virtual solution especially due to COVID and the need for social distancing.

As a singular delivery product, BlueJeans is more than adequate and suits our users' needs in both Meetings and Events. I find BlueJeans as easy to use or adapt to as any other virtually delivery competitor. I have used Zoom and Webex and while there are some slight differences I find that it is more of a personal preference. I personally like BlueJeans and have not found anything that would make me want to look for another product.

We use BlueJeans Meetings for a variety of meeting sessions, including internal briefings and external conferences. I work in the corporate finance department, which reports up to and works directly with our CFO. I am uncertain who all else uses the platform, but we've used the platform to interact with Marketing and C-suite. For some reason, the older people in our org prefer this platform...

The Temple of the People is a religious organization whose members met on a regular basis, before the COVID-19 pandemic, in person in order to conduct study classes and Sunday services. Once the COVID-19 shutdown began, we started using BlueJeans on my recommendation (due to previous experience using it for various meetings in my capacity as an IT professional). Though the group was initially resistant to using BlueJeans, due to a general favoritism towards Zoom, over time we have grown used to the platform and have been pleased by the numerous new feature releases and quality improvements that have taken place over the last several months. We use BlueJeans at least three times a week, every week, to conduct online meetings and services, and we have found it to be a wonderful gateway allowing us to open up our meetings to people who are distant from our primary geographical location. Since we started using it, our membership has grown internationally and our sense of connectedness has measurably increased.

  • Recently, we've had issues where changing the view format (speaker only, gallery view, speaker plus participants) has caused the interface to freeze in an intermediate state.
  • Our current subscription level only allows for one admin login, which makes it challenging when we want to, for instance, delegate screen sharing to another user but block all other users from sharing (which older inexperienced users sometimes do accidentally).
  • Inexperienced users have some trouble keeping themselves on mute while others are speaking; would be nice to give admins more control in addition to having to hover over the mute button for each participant.
  • Would be ideal to have better support for our specific use case when running classes: we have a session leader (other than the admin) and participants are recognized by the leader by raising their hands in order, after which they unmute themselves and offer comments; our current process is workable but not ideal.
We have mostly used BlueJeans for large group meetings of two types: discussion groups with a set topic and multiple participants, and religious services with limited speakers and multiple attendees who listen and watch but do not contribute. We've found BlueJeans to work well in both scenarios, though the former case is better supported by native BlueJeans functionality than the latter. For services, admins like myself must monitor throughout to make sure less experienced users don't inadvertently start sharing their screens or take themselves off mute. It would be nice to have a "presentation mode" that would make it easier to keep everyone aside from a select few on mute with no ability to interrupt, unless so designated by the admin.
